    布什政府的地缘政治扩张战略与其在金融领域的无所作为显得越来越不相称了。今年2月22日,韩国银行在一份向国会提交的报告中表示,计划于2005年把外汇储备由美国政府公债转向高收益的债券及美元以外的其他货币。此消息一经传出,金融市场随即出现短暂恐慌。尽管目前市场已趋平稳,但我们仍需提醒人们注意美元的脆弱性和美元强势地位正在受到的冲击。
